Refund Policy

Onyx Junk Removal (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) maintains a commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, which involve mobilization of labor, fuel, equipment, and time-sensitive scheduling, we enforce the following refund policy in strict accordance with industry standards and fairness principles.
1. General Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following specific circumstances, provided all relevant conditions are met:

Service Cancellation: If a client cancels a scheduled service no less than 24 hours in advance, a full refund of any pre-paid amount will be issued.

Service Failure: If the Company fails to complete a service due to internal error or inability to deliver, a full or partial refund will be issued at our discretion.

Billing Errors: In the event of documented overcharges, duplications, or miscalculations in the estimate, adjustments or refunds will be promptly processed.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be granted in any of the following scenarios:

Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service time.

Service that has been initiated, performed, or completed as agreed upon.

Refusal or inability to grant access to the property on the day of scheduled service.

Disputes based on client misunderstanding of service scope once the estimate has been accepted and acknowledged.
3. Partial Refunds and Discretionary Credits
Where service was partially rendered or client dissatisfaction stems from non-material issues, we reserve the right to offer discretionary credits or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. This shall not be interpreted as a precedent for future service agreements.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Clients must submit all refund inquiries within three (3) business days following the scheduled service date. Requests may be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Business Email], or by phone at (760) 456-8401. Requests must include:

Date and time of service

Description of the issue and grounds for refund request
Failure to provide complete and accurate information may delay or void the eligibility of your claim.
5. Dispute Resolution Clause
We are committed to resolving client issues with integrity and professionalism. However, in the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
