1.Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our services and website. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Onyx Junk Removal San Diego provides professional junk removal, hauling, and disposal services for residential and commercial clients. Services include the removal of non-hazardous items such as furniture, appliances, yard waste, and construction debris.
We reserve the right to decline services for items that are unsafe, illegal, or beyond the capacity of our equipment or personnel.
3. Service Appointments

Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance via phone, website, or approved third-party platforms.

Estimates: All pricing estimates are based on volume, labor, and disposal fees. Final pricing may be adjusted upon onsite assessment.

Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No-Shows: If no one is present at the service location at the time of arrival, we reserve the right to charge a $75 no-show fee.
4. Payments

Estimates: A service estimate will be provided onsite or virtually, based on the volume, labor, and disposal required.

Approval Required: No services will be performed until the client agrees to the final estimate.

Payment Terms: Full payment is due immediately after the client agrees to the final estimate, and before any junk removal begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and approved mobile payment apps.

No Refunds: Once payment is made and service begins, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the case of service cancellation prior to commencement.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from our removal services:

Hazardous or toxic materials (e.g., paint, chemicals, oils, solvents)

Medical or biohazard waste

Flammable or combustible items

Asbestos or mold-contaminated materials

Ammunition or explosives
Client is responsible for disclosing the nature of the items prior to service.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we take reasonable care in the performance of our services, Onyx Junk Removal is not responsible for damage to driveways, flooring, landscaping, or structures due to pre-existing wear, unmarked utility lines, or inadequate access.
Clients are encouraged to secure or remove any valuable, fragile, or sensitive items prior to service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyx Junk Removal San Diego shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate access instructions and ensure lawful dumping of the materials. Misrepresentation of load content or conditions may result in termination of service without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, graphics, text, layout) is the intellectual property of Onyx Junk Removal San Diego and may not be reproduced or distributed without our express written consent.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate court of jurisdiction within San Diego County.
